The biggest issue here is the near-total absence of the being for the entire first half of the film, as after the opening assault there's only a single fleeting image of it on-screen until nearly the hour mark which makes for a highly distressing and problematic time here. These here generate quite a lot to like with this one as there's not much wrong here but it does have some minor drawbacks. This continues on throughout the rest of the film with scenes here featuring the killer targeting the victim's mouth for kills, either bashing their face against hard surfaces, using extraction devices to torture or rip teeth out, and generally providing some brutal encounters alongside the standard shock ambushes. Focusing on dental trauma moreso than most other entries in the series so far, the opening assault on the teenagers or the fantastic temptation attempt on the boyfriend manages to bring about more fun than expected with teeth being a big part of the angles featured. As well, there's also a lot to like here with the fun means through which the killer spirit carries out its rampage. Learning that the incantation is genuine as they absent-mindedly go through the ritual, this all provides a lot to like while also having plenty of fun with the antics of the group of friends that genuinely provide the feeling that they are close mates which is quite rare. Offering up the expected trip out to a remote house in the countryside as the central means of getting them together, it starts this off well enough while also serving as a means of getting the cursed summoning book into their hands. One of the better elements here is the typically straightforward setup that carries on the franchises' tradition rather nicely. Overall, this was a likable and somewhat enjoyable franchise entry. Absolute rubbish and I will be emailing the makers, distributors, actors and all others involved to get that 1:31 minutes of my life back (yes I sat through it all so you don't have too) I need to be compensated people!!Įmbarking on a trip with her friends, a woman stumbles across a book said to be able to summon the spirit of the Tooth Fairy which they decide to do for laughs, but when they start disappearing realize they've brought it back for real and must rely on a survivor to bring about its true defeat. The "victim" has both her hands free and does NOTHING!!! □□□. Here's the kicker though, just after this, Sally takes another woman into the bathroom and begins to pour (I think) sugary drinks into her mouth while holding her hair with the other hand. Then sally drags her off and you can see the actress use her legs to help sally □. At one stage (around the 1:21 minute mark) Sally becomes possessed by the tooth fairy and knocks out another woman. This whole movie is nothing short of a train wreck! The actors, not only lacked commitment in their parts, but also didn't defend themselves while being attached by the "tooth fairy". But when their friends are slaughtered in the house, Darcy and Peter start to believe that something supernatural is happening in the house.Ok, So I knew this wasn't going to be the best movie I've even seen, But I thought I would give it a go just the same. Pamela tells Emma's story to her mother and Peter, but they do not believe in her. Soon Pamela befriends the girl Emma in the barn and she tells that the house belonged to the Tooth Fairy Witch that killed many children to get their milk-teeth further, Pamela would be in danger since she still has her last milk-tooth. When Darcy and Pamela arrive, he explains that he had a dispute in the justice with the Hammond Brothers and asks Darcy to forget the incident. Meanwhile Peter welcomes his first guest, the student Stephanie "Star" Roberts, while he works with his friend Bobby Boulet repairing the house. When Darcy stops at a gas station to ask for direction, she has an abusive treatment from the owners, the Hammond Brothers. Peter has quited his career of doctor and bought an old house to have a calmer life and write a book. Storyline: The Tooth Fairy (2006) Darcy Wagner and her ten-and-a-half-year-old daughter Pamela "Pammy" are heading to the bed and breakfast of her boyfriend Peter Campbell in the River Bend Road in Northern California.
